White Deer Meditation & Qigong

Join instructor Kevin Kuo for a rejuvenating session that blends meditation with the ancient art of Qigong. You’ll also discover the Eight-Section Brocade Qigong (Ba Duan Jin) — a powerful sequence of gentle movements designed to boost energy, enhance flexibility, and restore balance to body and mind.

This class is perfect for anyone seeking greater clarity, inner peace, and vitality in daily life. This is an Introductory class, Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle yet effective practice done entirely from a chair—no floor work required. Using the support of the chair, you’ll stretch, strengthen, and improve circulation while safely increasing flexibility and balance.
